Attention : Patrons of Vermillion USD #380 August 19, 2011
We have been requested by our Kansas State Legislators to post our Form #150 which calculates our school Budget each year. This formula is the generator of our funds for operations such as salaries, repairs, supplies, heating and cooling of the buildings and etc. in the school district. It will be posted on our Home Page, Vermillion School District #380 to be viewed by any one. If there are questions concerning this document, please feel free to give us a call or an e-mail with your questions and we will be happy to get back to you or visit with you in person.
The second document that you will find on this page will be the cash balances that we have each year to be able to operate the Vermillion School District #380 until we receive our State Aid money from the State of Kansas which is usually around October. Many times we have not received all that is to be sent to us. Any business will tell you that you must have operating money to pay those costs each month such as payroll and vendors for our supplies and etc. Our school year really begins in July not October.
