District Level Team
Minutes
November 3, 2004
The meeting of the District Level Team was called to order on November 3, 2004 at 12:15 p.m. at the Frankfort School by John Showman.
Members attending: John Showman, Lisa Schmitz, Shelly Hasenkamp, Sharmon Polson, Sherri Alverson, Karen Morton, Bob Myers, Melissa Kennedy, Dean Dalinghaus, Beth Reust, and Pam Slifer.
1. Approval of Agenda (any additions).
Bob Myers moved to approve the agenda.
Beth Reust seconded the motion. Motion carried 10-0.
2. Approval of September 8, 2004 minutes.
Sherri Alverson moved to approve the minutes.
Bob Myers seconded the motion. Motion carried 10-0.
3. Discussion on awarding inservice points (PDP Toolbox & other questions).
The question of why Karen Morton receives repeat PDP Toolbox emails from Rhonda Trimble needs to be addressed by Greenbush.
4. Discussion on late start or early release schedule for teaming and staff
development.
This issue needs to be discussed further.
5. Confirm inservice schedule for 2004-05.
The current schedule for 2004-05 will be maintained.
6. Adjourn until next meeting (December or January, 05-06 agenda needs?)
Ideas on 05-06 agenda should be emailed to John Showman.
The next meeting of the District Level Team will be December 14 or 15, 2004 in the DLN rooms of each school from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
John Showman adjourned the meeting at 1:00 p.m.
