District Level Team
Minutes
March 19, 2003
The meeting of the District Level Team was called to order on March 19, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. in the Central Office by John Showman.
Members attending: John Showman, Rex Mauck, Beth Reust, Skip McMillen, Sharmon Polson, Shelly Hasenkamp, Bob Myers, Karen Morton, Patty Lewis, and Sherri Wells.
Absent: Brenda Bergman, Janelle Glatczak, Martin Dulohery, Tom Schroeder, Skip McMillen
- Approval of Agenda
Karen Morton moved to approve the agenda as presented.
Patty Lewis seconded the motion. Motion carried 9-0.
- Approval of Minutes from December 11, 2002 Meeting.
Bob Myers moved to approve the December 11, 2002 minutes.
Sherri Alverson seconded the motion. Motion carried 9-0.
- Address questions on awarding inservice points.

- Discussed SIT team bonus points again. We will only award bonus points going back to the first of this school year 2002-03, no bonus points will be awarded for SIT team members from the 2001-02 school year now. Some did get bonus points for SIT team school year 2001-02, but had the paper work turned in within the time limits.
- The February 17, 2003 district inservice 6 points will be awarded to each staff member present and turning appropriate paperwork in. We want to keep it consistent across the district on the amount of points awarded at a district inservice.
- Evaluate our present Inservice Plan and align with new regulations.
Theresa Steinlage form the state department discussed the new plan, answered questions and handed out information regarding the new regulations.
- Next meeting
The next meeting of the district level team will be Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at 3:45 p.m. in the Central Office.
Bob Myers made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Patty Lewis seconded the motion.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
